Biography

Piano Professor at the Conservatory L. Perosi of Campobasso, he is a current student at the National Academy of St Cecilia under the guidance of M° Benedetto Lupo. He contemporarily pursues his studies with M° Pasquale Iannone. In 2019 he played along with the Piccinni Conservatory Symphonic Orchestra under M° Aldo Ceccato. Second Prize winner in the “Euregio Piano Awards 2021” and First Prize winner in the “International Competition Città di Airola”, he won the "International Piano Competition Lia Tortora". He has won 2nd overall at the “International Piano Competition Young Pianist of the North”, 3rd at the “International Piano Competition Città di Spoleto” and at the “International Competition Città di Stradella”. He is also the winner of the XIII Edition of “Premio Nazionale delle Arti".

 

Due to health reasons the candidates Shotaro Nishimura and Zixi Chen could not participate in the GPP 2022. They received the possibility to participate in this edition.
