Elžbieta Liepa Dvarionaitė is a young Lithuanian pianist. In 2022 she was awarded with the 1st prize in International Stasys Vainiūnas Piano Competition in Vilnius, Lithuania. In February of 2023 she won the 2nd prize in International “Piano Neuchâtel-Val de Travers” competition in Switzerland. It is also worth mentioning the 1st prize at monographic piano competition "Chopin dla najmlodszych" (Poland). In April of 2019 she won the 1st and special prizes at International Piano Competition "Ville de Gagny". Elžbieta Liepa played together with all Lithuanian, also Riga, Tallin, Czech "Virtuosi Brunensis" orchestras. In 2016 Elžbieta received Presidential Letters of Appreciation signed by the President of Lithuania H.E. Dalia Grybauskaite.
Due to health reasons the candidates Shotaro Nishimura and Zixi Chen could not participate in the GPP 2022. They received the possibility to participate in this edition.
